PRODUCTION ENGINEERING

I like to talking about production engineering. This is important or department key for manufacturing factory. The main task need to carry out for their staff start on production plant set up , plant equipment set up, manufacturing line set up, manufacturing equipment set up, piloting new production, improve plant and manufacturing line, process control, trouble shooting , maintain production performance and many task relate to engineering activities. Production engineering activities must start on task objective and must follow by proper action plan and schedule with small detail items.
If looking on business views production engineering department must sell their service to all department in manufacturing plant.
The main department is production department and the others is quality control department, production planning department , part supply department, maintenence department, procurement department, human resource department, corporate planning department and another department may be set up in plant organisation. Others than that production engineering need to draw up the future plan to ensure that plan capacity will increase and the production will continuosly with latest technology.
